Opening Night: Player’s Party

DATE: Friday, 9th December
VENUE: Limegrove Lifestyle Centre
TIME: 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM

The Player’s Party will be a “Red Carpet” occasion, highlighting the
social element of B.I.T.E 2011 and offering the players a chance to party
Caribbean style with their hosts.


Fantasy Camp

DATE: Saturday 10th December
HOSTED BY: The Barbados Tennis Association
TIME: 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM
VENUE: The National Tennis Center, adjacent to the Gymnasium

Players are expected to attend for a period of 45 minutes, from 10:15 AM
until 11:00 AM (approximately). The Fantasy Camp will serve as an opportunity
for Barbados’ aspiring junior players to interact on-court with some of the
top players in the world.


Sugar Hill

DATE: Saturday 10th December
TIMES: Tentative itinerary

2:00 PM: Doors open
3:00 PM: Exhibition begins with opening remarks
3:10 PM to 3:30 PM: Drilling for Dollars where all players are on-court
(Fun game where the objective is to hit select on-court
targets)
3:30 PM to 4:45 PM: Men’s Doubles
5:00 PM to 6:30 PM: Mixed Doubles: Azarenka/Monfils vs Venus/Isner
(Two sets)
6:30 PM: Players to address patrons followed by a Cocktail party & Auction


Wildey Gymnasium

DATE: Sunday 11th December
TIMES: Tentative itinerary

1:00 PM: Doors Open to the Tennis Village
3:00 PM: Exhibition at the Gymnasium begins with opening remarks
3:10 PM to 3:15 PM: Women’s warm-up
3:15 PM to 4:45 PM: Women’s Singles: Victoria Azarenka vs Venus Williams
(Two sets – super tiebreaker if split)
4:45 PM to 5:15 PM: Intermission (duration is approximate based on Ladies
Singles)
5:15 PM to 5:30 PM: Drilling for Dollars where all players are on-court
(Fun game where the objective is it hit select on-court
targets)
5:30 PM to 7:00 PM: Men’s Singles: John Isner vs Gael Monfils
(Two sets – super tiebreaker if split)
7:00 PM to 7:30 PM: Concluding presentations/remarks
7:30 PM to 9:00 PM: Tennis Village remains open
