沒有好好保持身材 變胖了
小肚肚都出來了
想要慢慢游泳慢慢跟脂肪抗戰
各位在泳池會不會用關注眼神看身材不好的人嗎?
覺得這是我踏進泳池的心理魔障...
膝蓋受傷過 這兩天騎腳踏車 約10公里後
膝蓋外側連走路上下樓梯都怪怪的
爬文許多板友指出
蛙式若踢水過於用力
蛙式太拼速度
姿勢不正確
這三種情況會傷膝蓋
所以蛙式不傷膝蓋就得(爬文得知)
蛙式若踢水過於用力<===順順踢水 夾水再大力點
蛙式太拼速度<=========慢慢遊
姿勢不正確<===========努力學習正確姿勢
不然就改捷式...
但是小妹我捷式很爛 (蛙式也很爛 只是捷式更爛)
雖說板友說慢慢練習 一趟捷式 一趟蛙式 可以慢慢進步
但還是比較喜歡蛙式慢慢漂 慢慢遊 可以看到前方
綜合以上各點利弊得失
想說可否
用蛙式的上半身
用捷式的下半身
來游泳
這樣一來就可以看得到前方 又可以較不傷膝蓋
不知道這樣會不會很怪?
單純的想法
請板友給個建議!
