蛙泳速度&自學 - 游泳討論

最近想要減肥
開始努力的去游泳
目前游了兩個禮拜左右
游蛙式2000m大概在60分鐘左右
這樣算快嗎
還有如果想達到減重的效果
是不是最好游的會喘 然後持續半個小時以上呢
但是游的會喘通常沒辦法持續太久
感覺會有點缺氧 這部份要怎麼改善呢
另外想請問
游自由式 與游蛙式 哪一種達到瘦身的效果比較好?(尤其是肚子...= =)
爬文很多人說自由式會讓上圍變壯 不過我上圍已經太壯了
那是不是游蛙式就好? 還有如果要學自由式 該怎麼自學呢?
問了一堆問題 還請各位高手們
