蛙式的腳到底要怎麼用才標準?
我游泳是自學,去游池看別人游然後意樣畫葫蘆去學。
原本以為自己很厲害就這樣學會了 囧
結果偶爾有一天去游泳一個阿姨看不下去來指導我的姿勢,
我才發現我的腳嚴重得有問題=__=
阿姨說我的大腿都太開,膝蓋要靠內一點。
腳板踢出去的時候要往外...
可是我卻發現我腳板如果往外的話,
都會有一條筋被拉的感覺不蘇福啦 (大哭)
要不然就是我大腿一定會整個打開才踢得出去 ...
有沒有什麼辦法可以讓我大腿不會那麼開?
爬文看了很多,影片看不太懂腳的部分。
能不能有更白話的方式幫幫我?
(有時候為了顧腳結果都忘記換氣差點溺死 囧)
捷式跟蛙式我想請問換氣的時間點是在何時?
我看游池每個人都不同,
蛙式是有人每游一下就換氣,有人是25M才換氣2~3次。
捷式有看過沒換氣就25M (囧)
(另外在問一下捷式換氣要怎麼不讓水往鼻子跑勒?)
