今天教練教我們遊蛙式的時侯。
關於腿部的練習,他要我們用大腿夾小浮板,就以小腿畫半圓的方式踢。
我前50m掌握不到訣竅,但接下來因為抓到要領,滑行距離就長多了。
但問題在於,當我把浮板拿掉後,可能因為浮力減少的關系,我用原來的姿勢踢水
就變得比較慢了(即大腿夾緊,只用小腿畫半圓)。
我現在拿掉浮板以後,是應該說大腿適當的不要貼緊,小腿畫半圓呢?
還是大腿貼緊緊 小腿畫半圓?
