各位前輩好
小弟大概三四年前每週維持3-4天,每次7公里的程度路跑,不敢跟板上前輩比較,就是自
己維持運動習慣的程度XD
當時的身材大約是180/80
這幾年因為小孩出生,基本沒時間路跑,一路荒廢到現在小孩都四歲了(汗,這段時間體
重也是直線上升,目前身材180/100
前陣子不小心確診後,康復後感覺體力跟肺活量真的不行了,試著出門跑一次竟然連3公
里都跑不完且喘到不行
下定決心要好好的恢復健康增強體力
想請問各位前輩
1. 以前我是穿rider跟sky,感覺吸震的比較適合我,曾經穿過KAYANO真的非常不習慣,
請問現在我的體重還適合穿rider嗎?
2. 有沒有什麼建議像是一週跑幾次跑多遠來慢慢的恢復狀態呢?

連3k都跑不完 放慢到七八分速 想辦法持續半小時以上

跑著大概1~2個月就可以把跑速拉起來 肺活量也有改善了

跑2-3週後視情況調整強度,每次強度調整別太大,1-2週
適應期後再調整,加油。

小孩國中等補習下課接送,夜開滾40K月騎破千,日晨跑5K
月跑120。國中前下課時間不定難安排。
