唉 發這篇不知會不會跟鐵人們戰起來呢/_\
遇到很多練三鐵的人 都不願意練滾轉
常見的原因如下:
1.我是游開放水域 不會有牆壁用不到
2.滾轉會有幾秒的時間優勢 讓比賽時間短估
這說法對滾轉相當不公平啊
小人認為練開放水域的人更應該要練滾轉
泳池長泳以滾轉方式進行
可以避免到岸偷吸一大口氣 或偷偷休息0.5-1秒的壞習慣
必須保持不間斷的前進 反而更接近真實的長泳狀態
如果你覺得在日月潭和泳池游泳難度差很多
可以考慮換個深水池練滾轉長泳
另外練滾轉未必能減秒
轉得不好反而會加秒
但不要因為轉得不好就逃避滾轉
轉久了總會進步的 而且每次滾轉都在提升腰腹的發力跟協調性
有練有助益 不練就停在原地
完全沉浸在水中的長泳較有助於水感的培養
水感就像愛情 要小心翼翼保持穩定
每次游順了感覺來了 一觸壁抬頭姿勢就跑了
這樣是很難快速修成正果的
練滾轉不要特地對著牆壁苦練
長泳時順便轉就好
50米池游2K就可以練40次好划算的啊
總之練滾轉好處多多
