: 不過現在卡關的是腳打水有點難打異側腳,

二拍打水才會有明顯同側異側問題
你不是做二拍打水 不用在這個部份擔心
另外給二拍打水的人建議:沒有一定要做異側腳 先從打得順開始就好
游得夠多以後 本體感覺會進步 控制能力也會增強

看你當趟次想要修正的重點在哪 就把意識放在哪
修正動作勿貪勿急 一次挑一個重點修正即可
: 踢異側腳的時機是配合推水的手?還是前伸的手?還是身體?
最理想的狀態當然是踢腳的時候同時配合推水的手/延伸的手/整個軀幹
但事實上你還無法兼顧所有動作 也有很多不熟悉的部分
所以還是回歸前項建議 一次配合一個項目即可

直臂從來都不是一個錯誤

好好練習推水 速度自然能進30分內 加油
