自由式的長泳問題 - 游泳討論

最近半年自學自由式,
現在的練法是一趟蛙式(70秒)、一趟自由式(80秒),
一次大概約1500,約38、39分鐘左右。
自覺得目前的游法到了一個瓶頸,
想問問看各位版上先進,
如果我的目的是自由式能有長泳的能力(如一次1000以上),
應如何訓練呢(現在大概兩百就覺得很喘)?
比方說,若覺得太喘,是不是我的划手頻率太高?(應該要降低划手頻率,
讓心肺能夠承受?)
再者,最近游完後,會覺得股三頭肌跟背闊肌(嘎吱窩下方,連接手臂跟肩膀處)酸痛,
這樣的現象是否正常呢?
