自由式手部划水動作 - 游泳討論

想請教一下可以用自由式游長距離的人
手滑水最主要是用到那個肌群的力量
個人不怎麼會游 大概游個一百米
三角肌就會覺得很酸 自己在想是不是出力的部位不正確
尤其是往後滑水的時候 是不是用背肌為主 會比較輕鬆
有人可以分享一下心得的嘛多謝 ?
