目前遭遇的問題:
各位大大請問一下 我想像竹內慎司這種遊法 https://youtu.be/rJpFVvho0o4
如果不踢水放鬆 則會感覺下半身好像要往下沉
左手的部分則是每次游完都會很痛(查了一下好像是旋轉肌)
請問是我姿勢錯誤嗎?以上該如何改進?
蛙式的部分 請問是否還有哪裡需要改進?
