最近回家,
和我侄女聊她去學桌球的心得,
她和我說她連續打50幾個球手就很酸,大概打150球以上就會沒力了,
我是不知道她說的數字是怎麼來的,
我想問問有沒有什麼方法可以增加這方面的體能?
她還說只要打太多球,
腳底的筋就會很痛,
有誰打球也會有這種情況的嗎?
還有我侄女是對桌球很有熱忱,
但只有每個禮拜上一次的桌球課1hr,
平常是有和她爸媽練習,
但也是一個禮拜1.2個小時這樣,
據她說和爸媽練習沒什麼效果,
所以我想問
有哪些自主訓練的方法可以增加球技的嗎?
