膝蓋酸 - 路跑 Road Running

http://i.imgur.com/Qi8Q5U6.jpg 先附上自己的總跑量,如題小弟我今年要升大四是位素人跑者,最近練跑時膝蓋會有點酸練習方式如下:先暖身+動態(馬克操)>90公尺10趟>慢跑一圈操場>認真跑10km大概4分10左右速度看當天狀況,最近太熱速度掉很多>跳繩1000下跟上下階梯30秒左右腳開始共4組 >一些配合角錐的練習
