前一陣子積極的練運球
重心不斷變換練很久
感覺有點傷膝蓋
今天開始有小小的不舒適
感覺就是關節變得比較脆的感覺
不知道是什麼問題
還有以後要怎麼預防呢?
暖身時要做哪些對膝蓋有保護作用的運動?
