膝蓋受傷的替代運動項目 - 路跑 Road Running

大家好,首次在板上PO文居然就是受傷請教文QQ
小弟受傷前的固定運動的項目為慢跑跟棒球
可能是一下子把跑步的強度提升太多,加上棒球是捕手,長時間蹲著
肌力跟不上意志力,導致膝蓋受傷
左腳膝蓋後面膕窩 + 小腿腓腸肌靠近膝蓋位置痛到不行
中間有看醫生和復健,到現在兩個月了還沒完全復原
現在雖然好了很多,走路還算正常
但是
無法蹲下,腳後勾的動作會痛、膝蓋彎到小腿貼大腿的程度會痛(不用腳的肌肉自己用手
扳也一樣)...等等
醫生是跟我說能坐著躺著就不要讓腳出力,因此我好段時間沒運動了QQ
想請問版上前輩,有無可以替代的運動項目
目前想到的只有去健身房,做上半身的重量訓練QQ
