腹式呼吸與丹田呼吸 - 氣功 Qigong

最近小弟開始練習腹式與丹田呼吸
我看到的說法是腹式呼吸作吸6呼12(單位:秒)的方式
丹田呼吸則是吸6停6呼6,並且將注意力集中在丹田
但是總覺得腹式呼吸將空氣吸進肚子裡面(胃部)
大概吸個一些(約2秒)就覺得肚子脹滿,沒辦法再吸更多
所以一直很懷疑到底是不是我做的方式出了問題
想請教大家這是剛開始的正常現象嗎?
也想問是否有相關的網站或書目可供參考
