我本身有在做伏地挺身啦....
以前持續做都做一百...在浴室一邊沖水一邊做....
很滑很滑....當然是在洗澡的時候做...
不過後來就斷了...因為受傷....冏rz.....
現在有在做的就是騎腳踏車或跑步....
兩個都能夠訓練到我的下盤....
臂力的話....拉橡皮筋那一種訓練器材還不錯....
還有從以前就沒斷的握力器....現在抓到60下會有抓狂的感覺..
現在傳球可以說是用甩的....
沒有像以前學長說的一定要用上肩...XD...
不過用甩的有時會上飄有時會變伸卡....= ="
呃...好像有點離題了.....
基本上只要感覺肌肉很酸的話...就要停止練習...
到不酸為止...不然受傷了....
要在回復練習又是一段很長的路了....
