從原本完全不運動的人開始練瑜珈一個多月
練完之後身體會痠痛 但還可以忍受
最近跟朋友去整骨
整骨師表示我肌肉太軟
無法骨頭控制的位置
所以骨頭才會跑掉
他說練瑜珈是拉長肌肉
如果我肌肉已經很沒力 再去拉扯只會更沒力
建議我先做一些有氧的運動
先不要練瑜珈
真的是這樣嗎
請問各位前輩
