練了瑜珈後我覺得我手臂的肌肉越來越結實了...
不少動作都是要靠手臂支撐身體~
實在不太想把肌肉練這大耶...
畢竟女生練這大也怪怪的...""""""b
不知瑜珈有沒有分什麼樣的類型比較少使用到手臂來支撐的動作!
