背部痛適合做哪一姿勢? - 瑜珈 Yoga

我長期以來上背部疼痛
大概從腰部以上到肩胛骨,痛的部位滿大的
坐著也酸痛、躺著也酸痛
非常讓我困擾
之前腰部很痛,去看醫生才知道有輕微椎間盤突出
請問瑜珈有哪一種姿勢可以大幅度舒緩或拉長背部肌肉呢
我會做拜日式,但覺得似乎還好(可能因為我沒常做?)
