練習課表安排 - 游泳討論

今年十月要參加初鐵,兩個月前開始加入TRX增加肌耐力,但連帶影響游泳的練習
TRX一週上兩次,每次一小時
星期二的強度沒那麼高,星期四上課前痠痛會好
星期四的強度比較高,會多酸幾天(教練都算得好好的!)
我目前實行的練習規劃是
週間練游泳和跑步,週末騎自行車
週三為全休息日,週末擇一休半天(輕鬆騎Ubike)
游泳我排週一和週五
但週一和週五的體能狀況相差太多(500自分別為11'37"和12'24",均為25m池)
導致我不知道週五的練習是否有效
如果肌肉因為痠痛無力而無法維持正確泳姿,這樣的練習是不是反效果?
如果非得在這一天練習,我應該怎麼調整內容,才能提升練習品質?
我的目標是把1000自游進25分
賽事時用1000自+500蛙,在40分鐘內完成游泳項目
懇請各位游泳前輩能給我一些練習內容上的建議
希望能夠符合兩天不同的體能狀況,又能夠幫助我達成目標
