前進距離拉長就很容易不穩, 而且撐不住... 也不過500m
反正瓶頸一大堆, 就來練反向, 運動要左右平衡嘛,
雖然說反向還是困難重重, 超僵硬
但是發現原本的前進變穩, 而且莫名的撐過1km 都沒問題...
好奇心驅使, 還在研究原因,
如果說是把壓力分散掉... , 事實上反向也才練兩三個...週末,
有差這麼多?
不過這信心又忽然來了
(我好像應該去PE問...)
