重心在前腳還是後腳? - 飄移板 Freeline Skating

一直是右前進, 但是重心都壓在後腳,
以及 右股關節先前就有點傷, 也沒想太多,
後來是慢慢往前腳移, 支撐力比較差一下就累了, 就會不自覺的又往後邊傾.
一開始以為重心是習慣性, 所以偏左腳,
但是慢慢在練反向的時候, 人"還"是往後傾 (右腳)...
所以這跟平常習慣的重心沒關連?

到現在還不確定早上要不要上班 (最後一則消息是 "應該不用" )
所以想說一整天都沒出門 (雨) 所以趁現下無雨無車出去晃兩圈
沒想到, 這麼平滑順暢無障礙的時刻, 撐不到500m...好傷心
一點進步都沒有 (不過老實說,平常只會吃跟打混是能進步多少...)
結論 : 總計 800 m 就帶著飲料跟餅乾回家看電視了.
這樣也能汗流的比雨還多
