自己最近忙碌,
作息和做瑜珈的頻率尚在調整中,
本以為間斷兩週筋骨一定會變硬,
但是影響似乎不大哩~
原因就在於50天前開始吃素食,
對於柔軟度很好唷!
感受很明顯,
我想要一直吃素下去。
