想在睡前疏壓, 其實也可以放一點輕音樂和點精油燈或香氛蠟燭,讓睡前的情緒先放鬆. 先躺在床上或瑜珈墊上安靜的呼吸幾分鐘, 在做幾個伸展的動作, 這樣可幫助紓壓和睡眠.
