我的筋超硬
雙腿立正併攏 膝蓋不彎 連微彎都沒有
彎腰手打直 往地板碰觸
以上動作不論在學校還是部隊
或多或少都被要求做過
我想這也是瑜珈基本到不行的動作吧
可是我的中指最深也還離地20公分耶
不要說腳指 連腳都碰不到
這樣我還能練瑜珈嗎?
該練哪一種?
