練跑滿一個月了終於突破10K(雖然跑了7X分鐘...)
上次看了徐國峰老師的講座影片,也想學他說的靠失重前進而不推蹬
跑的過程中我是有稍微刻意把腳抬高一點,落腳稍微前腳掌外緣往內旋
跑完是覺得整體有比推蹬輕鬆,但大腿好酸....
這樣是正常嗎??
順便問一下這樣失重前進的跑法是不是用前傾的角度大小來控制速度?
