站椿最大的意義,應該是讓心靈平靜下來。
武術基本上並不很強調靜態的訓練,就算是練椿也要練活椿。
靜態的站椿如果練太多,會導致肌肉僵硬及損傷,
對於搏戰沒有任何益處。
如果純粹練站椿配合呼吸,頂多算是氣功的入門基本,
連真正的練氣功都談不上。
古時候常有某某高手練下盤練到雙腳生根,怎麼推都推不動的傳說,
這基本上看看就好,還沒有人可以完全練到推不動的,
就算真的看到練到推不動,那也只是表面上看起來如此,
實際上是需要熟練的技巧配合才能做到,
而且推不動頂多也是單一方向推不動,
例如站馬步可以練到從側面推推不動,單腳站立可以練到正面推堆不動。
所以,如果練拳練到心裡有點煩躁,那就站椿配合呼吸幾分鐘平靜一下吧。
這就是站椿的功用了。
