我是學生(男)身高:175體重:103我開始減肥了!!早餐:全麥吐司2片(烤過),偶爾是蔥抓餅(不加蛋/煎很乾)/2顆茶葉蛋(去蛋黃)/喝水。中餐:1碗飯/1碗菜(豆芽菜或高麗菜)/一些豬肉或牛肉半碗/喝水。晚餐:燙高麗菜(沒有加調味料)/喝水。我每天水都會喝2000c.c以上的,請問我這樣吃ok嗎??我偶爾會做大腿部為拉筋小��
