哈囉
我是個很瘦且體力很差的女生(167/45)
但並沒有生病什麼的,飲食也蠻均衡營養的
單純是以前幾乎都不運動,
平常也很少走路,整天不是坐就是躺
最近覺悟了希望可以更健康,一方面也想運動增重
因此想要入門慢跑,但對運動實在沒有頭緒
希望大家可以幫助我加入這個行列
我家附近有操場,400m
想請問像我這樣的人一開始應該跑約多少距離?
一週至少/至多幾天跑步?或是要算一天跑多久?
才不會運動傷害呢
