我今年17歲 屬於精瘦型身高179體重61吃不大胖的一型只是我胸部很平 幾乎沒凸起肚子也有點肥肉但我希望能擁有至少能看些的胸肌目前胸部沒啥肉 還有點排骨肩膀方面是希望可以寬厚點至少也要有厚實的胸膛要怎麼練跟怎麼吃呢吃的方面要注重哪些食物因為我常常肥都肥在肚子 胸部怎個很沒肉
