我是男生身高172.體重71放暑假了想減肥因為放暑假都睡很晚...差不多中午跟下午我要怎麼減?我現在睡醒下午的時候吃晚餐就沒吃...有時會吃蘋果但是受不了就會偷夾一點點我每天都做仰臥起坐100下伏立挺身40下(做20下就休息一下)我想減肥...也要有肌肉我不是要那種很誇張的肌肉線條很好看那種...我如何
