瓶頸 - 游泳討論

各位好,
好幾年以前發過一次文章,那時候還算年輕人,游泳能一次游1500不中斷,
如今邁入了3字頭,游泳長度也加到了3000算是有進步,但目前遇到了瓶頸,
所以上來請教
我平常的菜單都是暖身完直接 3000 不求快求姿勢正確,是有節奏性的游,
大約壓在70分鐘,然後就上岸了,沒有特別在練菜單
目標是希望能進入60分,想說這種游法等身體適應了,應該可以進步,
然後就停滯了一年多,甚至在疫情期間還退步了,
所以想請教大家如果想要達到目標,
菜單應該怎麼調整比較好?
