因為從國中就開始打籃球
可是因為國高中比較沒有暖身意識
因此兩腳都扭過了....
而且舊鞋的避震效果似乎沒很好
所以最近想換鞋
(因為以前都是哪雙好看買哪雙)
想請問哪種(牌/款式)鞋子避震效果比較好
保護腳踝又強的嗎?
