球員交易保護期 (舊文重貼) - NBA

我想問一下 這篇文看來就是 連口頭承諾都禁止

也就是這段期間內 只能協商 只能討論
但不能有任何承諾 那這樣很多人都遊走灰色地帶

很多媒體都會證實 誰誰誰答應去XX隊 媒體說了


還無訪 當事人可以說 那是媒體猜的 我沒承諾

但很多事當事人公開講 或者推特上推 說我要去XXX了

這樣不就等於告訴大家 我答應了 我承諾了?

但也沒看過NBA拿本文這條規則出來處罰阿


之前這次事件沒有爆發出來時 大家一般的認知是 這是行政上的需要
NBA需要算薪資上限 開市跟可以簽約 會有一些空窗期 凍結期

這中間可以談 可以口頭承諾 但不能簽(白紙黑字)
等NBA0709開放正式簽約才能簽


但現在這條NBA的規定解釋 看來卻不是這樣

是連口頭承諾都不行

到底規定是怎樣 有人能確定嗎?

或是其實很模倪兩可啊?


NBA真的要好好把這些規定說清楚

這次經過這事件 也要好好檢討這個凍結期的必要性

凍結期 其實有時隊球隊的操作也是有點好處 有個緩衝期可以談
還可以思考到底要先簽那些球員 然後哪些球員後用鳥權
就像馬刺得先簽AGG在續約可愛跟Green之類的
總之因為凍結期行之有年 所以大家也會利用這段期間去推演一些簽約的事宜
但這是習慣 還是真的對球隊有好處 我想應該可以討論 是不是有必要存在
還是NBA乾脆等他們自己算好薪資上限才開放大家去談 就好
這點NBA要好好做個決定

不管怎樣 這事件鬧這麼大 之後應該會有一些杜絕的條款或改變

可是 都改變不了這次的結果了吧 只能說這次事件可能將是最後一次

小牛會是最後一個苦主

會不會有個DAJ條款 就看聯盟的決定了
