最近開始上健身房健身跟搜集相關訓練方式的知識
感覺有些東西跟傳武的訓練方式好像
當然有些東西像拳擊有氧跟body combat是直接參考武術技擊動作
有些東西不知道是自然發展還是參考
像最近很夯的深蹲,用來訓練自己的核心肌群
感覺跟蹲馬步很像,教練還叫我負重深蹲
上網查果然也有人跟我有類似想法

還有壺鈴根本就古代石鎖

光第一個swing的動作20公斤15下就可以搞到我快缺氧
還有帥氣的戰繩,感覺可以練勁道
