為何體重下降速度如此慢... - 運動

我已減重減了快1個半月了從88到現在78~77之間因為我減重速度有點慢約1個禮拜0.6~1.2KG請各位檢視我的方法是否錯誤以下是我三餐吃法與運動方式早餐因在7-11打工所以幾乎都控制在300~400卡左右午餐以涼麵為主偶而吃水餃也是控制在300~400卡晚餐因都在家裡吃蔬菜3分之ㄧ碗肉6塊飯3分之ㄧ碗三餐決不碰炸食!
