我已經持續飲食控制一個月熱量都會控制在自己的基礎代謝以上再多一點或少一點運動則每天原地跑或出外快走45分但是到現在體重只下降0.5目前體重是88公斤上下看著別人瘦...自己卻沒減到感覺很難過
