溫格：我的正太們很會領導自己

Arsène Wenger feels his policy of shared leadership will work for Arsenal
this season.

With Cesc Fabregas out because of knee ligament problems, the Frenchman has
been distributing the armband around the side.

自從法布因膝傷不能上陣後，溫格開始讓對員輪流擔任隊長，他認為這種分享領導權的
作法會獲得成功

Manuel Almunia, Kolo Toure and Robin van Persie have all led out Arsenal on
different occasions this year. A run of 11 games without defeat, including
the backs-to-the-wall draw at Tottenham on Sunday, would suggest team spirit
is fine. And, speaking before that game, the manager argued his side, though
young, was resilient enough to look after itself.

鋁門、圖雷、RVP在這個賽季當過隊長，現在已經11場不敗, 而且團隊精神很棒!
(這幾個隊長好像都不太正太耶.....抱歉，本廠正太要求很高!)

“I am for shared leadership in the team,” said Wenger.

“I am always a little worried about the idea that when you don’t win games
people always say it is down to a lack of leadership in the team.

"我喜歡大家輪流當隊長，戰績不好的話不要罵我，好嗎?"

“I believe that usually players grow with experience and they talk more,
they know more about the game and they slowly become leaders. That is why I
am convinced that there are leaders in this team.”

"給球員當隊長，他們才會進步啊! 所以我認為球隊裡應該有好多的隊長"
