游泳能提升柔軟度嗎? - 游泳討論

各位板友好
小弟能游 但少游
通常都在陸地上做有氧運動居多
屬於硬碰硬的模式
但每每一想到游泳的獨特性與所需技巧
又讓人無法忘懷(德芙巧克力)
目前跑重訓與單車練習居多
想利用游水來增加自己的運動表現
(關節伸展的最大程度等等..)
不知道有沒有人也是這麼交叉訓練的呢?
小弟還有一點少接觸游泳的原因是「過敏」
只要在水中開始打噴嚏...那天就完了
整個人就像是感冒一樣狂打噴嚏流鼻水
甚至影響到隔天後天的身體狀況
所以對於游泳這活動來說抱有敬畏的心
就在這邊請教各位 任何建議都虛心接受
