游泳完吃東西是否可以增重? - 游泳討論

我想請問一下...
如果游泳完馬上吃東西是否可以增重呢?
(也不是真的一上岸就吃,大概就是游泳完的半小時內)
因為我之前爬文有看到有人說
游完泳後,新陳代謝和消化系統的運作會比較快
那如果把握這個時間多吃一點高蛋白(ex:茶葉蛋等)或肉類
是否可以多長肉呢?

游泳之後,大約每個月增加一公斤,到現在 52-53 就停了
