昨天在臉書上Po動態,從暑假開始迷上游泳
每次游都是大概至少1hr,,體力時間許可的話會拉長到1.5
自由式蛙式交替中間不休息
學弟看到了我發了有關游泳的動態
突然私訊我,嗯我跟他不是太熟...
因為之前被他纏著推銷直銷商品,所以有點反感
私訊內容大概是這樣的
他叫我在25度水溫游了20~30分鐘後,要先去沖熱水和烤箱讓身體回溫
不然身體會以為要失溫了,開始啟動保護機制分泌脂肪
請問大家真的有這種說法嗎?
有板友可以幫我突破盲點嗎?
