這幾次游蛙式 開頭感到很順
輕鬆不費力如魚得水
還高興自己不一樣了
但只游了100公尺後 整個水感就跑掉
節奏變亂 抬頭越顯費力 身體越沉
而自由式也是 水划得越來越重
還會被水卡到 也覺得喘
休息一下之後重新游
又會有種"重開機"的感覺
是因為身體肌耐力不夠嗎 還是原本姿勢就有些瑕疵?
也思考著是否能夠持續游的久的人
身體是很放鬆的 順著水不特別出力
所以可以呼應到曾聽過"游泳對減脂效益不大"的說法?
各位高手有什麼看法?
