我準備要升小六我現在是150.5公分50公斤我是女生我媽說我小時後非常爱跑來跑去動來動去不管怎樣都無法安靜下來所以大腿才會變的很粗我最近因為功課的關係都10點多睡覺所以每個月量身高都-0.5很失望耶....我要到今年8月身高到155體重到451.長高的運動和方法2.減肥和減大腿的床上運動對不起喔問很多.
