我男生身高176體重65我現在想要瘦一點雕塑一下身材肚子腰肉肉的現在想要實施每天喝水2000CC吧目前每天會運動跑步15~30分(跑步機)打籃球3~4小時做一些重量訊量(啞鈴)(1)我要怎麼吃飲食是要算卡路里嗎?能給我菜單嗎?(因為家人都會煮所以比較不知道怎麼吃)(吃太少不會說打籃球沒力吧??)(2)瘦肚子腰和臉下
