減肚子的體脂肪~重量與有氧跟飲食的搭配 - 運動

我目前體脂肪22%想練到15%以下~但我是要著重於重量訓量靠著肌肉量增加代謝來燃燒脂肪還是著重於有氧運動呢?但是怕有氧運動過多又會流失掉肌肉~我該如何拿捏呢~誰可以指點我一下~謝謝~我現在一天三餐另外多家兩餐~三餐正常吃~但較少量~每餐之間~在吃些點心~例如香蕉~0熱量果凍~之類的~這樣算有達�
