隨著年紀增長
越來越害怕受傷
以前打球從來不熱身,現在都乖乖熱身還有穿護具了
但是我還是想知道如何保養身體讓自己能再戰30年呢
看公園的老前輩們卡位 低位也是樣樣來
並不是只有超遠鉤射和超準中距離
不過卻很少看到他們受傷 反倒是飛來飛去的高中生比較常受傷
請問30歲以上的版友們你們是怎麼保護自己的呢?
打法上又有什麼樣的轉變?
做重量訓練對保護自己比較不易受傷有幫助嗎?
還是會做哪些運動減少受傷機會呢?
