浮板蝶腰和蝶式蝶腰問題 - 游泳討論

我拿浮板蝶時 因為要換氣順利
所以整顆頭大部份會保持在水面上
僅在腳打水那下時下巴會稍稍入水
但這時候我不是把肩壓低(雖然也會被帶動到 會微微下沉)
而似乎是把劍突處到肚臍之間的部份下壓當做壓肩的替代品
這樣腰比壓肩的那種更容易酸
但是我配上蝶手後 如果不壓肩而壓那部份的話
在俯衝上來換氣時 比較困難
我猜測是因為俯衝上來時 能把身體推上來的施力處變少了
(因為劍突處以上的部份沒參與到整個波動 讓波動的力量減少了)
總結:壓肩的蝶腰和壓劍突處到肚臍之間的部份的蝶腰哪個正確?或用途不同?
