ARTICLE V PLAYER BENEFITS

1. HOUSING ACCOMMODATIONS
Club shall provide and furnish Player and his immediate family
(wife, minor children and minor dependents), at Club’s expense,
quality housing of Club’s choosing, Meals and utility charges such
as telephone, gas, electricity, etc. shall be the responsibility of
Player.

2. TRANSPORTATION
Club shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide to player and his
immediate family (wife, minor children and minor dependents) one
round trip economy class airplane ticket per year on an Airline of
Club’s choosing from Player’s home in the United States or country
of origin to Korea and from Korea to player’s home in the United
States or country of origin.

3. MOVING EXPENSES
Club shall reimburse Player and his immediate family (wife, minor
children and minor dependents) for all moving expenses (i.e.
shipping or excess baggage charge), up to U.S.D.$2,000 between
Player’s residence in the United States or country of origin and
Club’s home city upon submission by Player of receipts for said
expenses.

4. TRANSLATOR
A translator shall be provided to Player by Club to accompany
Player during practice, games, and team related functions in Korea
for the entire season.

5. TRAVEL EXPENSES
All transportation, meals and lodging expenses of Player during the
course of his travels while performing on behalf of Club shall be

6. MEDICAL EXPENSES
Should Player suffer any injury or illness due to a cause or causes
directly arising out of Player’s services under this Agreement, all
expenses for medical treatment connected wherewith shall be paid
by Club. Said medical treatment shall be provided by Club’s choice
of physician, in its reasonable discretion. Player shall have the right
to return to the United States or his country of origin for treatment
only upon receiving Club’s express written permission which shall
not be unreasonably withheld. Said travel and medical expenses
shall be the responsibility of Club.
All medical expenses for any injury or illness due to any causes
except the cause or causes directly arising out of Player’s services
under this Agreement and all medical expenses for Player’s wife
and children shall be the responsibility of Player.


7. MEDICAL INSURANCE
Player shall have the right to obtain health and medical insurance
applicable in Korea for himself, his spouse, and his dependent
children for the baseball season. Club shall reimburse Player up to
U.S.D.$ , upon proof of payment and a valid copy
of the insurance certification.
8. TEAM UNIFORMS AND EQUIPMENTS
Club will select and furnish Player with baseball uniforms and
equipments and Player shall wear and use all such uniforms and
equipments during the games. Player shall not alter or disfigure
said uniform, including all numerals, emblems, logos, or devices to
be worn thereupon or affixed thereto. At the end of the season or
upon the assignment or termination of this Agreement, whichever

occurs earlier, Player immediately thereafter shall return to Club
such uniforms and any and all other property of Club in the
possession of Player. Player shall not wear any article of apparel
or any item with or upon his uniform which is not approved by
Club.
