氣功適合愛動的人嗎?想改善睡眠問題 - 氣功 Qigong

各位好,初次來本板發言。
想問問我容易睡不好的體質適合練氣功改善嗎?
一直以來都有睡眠方面的問題,一週用三四次安眠藥很常見。
看遍各種睡眠相關的書籍,也盡量養成良好的睡眠習慣
(如:七點以後不碰刺激性食品、睡眠環境安靜,不用床做睡眠以外的事、
保持一定的運動量、睡前不打電腦...等)都盡量做到了,但睡眠狀況仍然改善不多
通常一個月會因為這樣求助中醫一兩次,會有改善。
中醫師說我的體質比較不能承受壓力,還跟我說工作壓力要懂得抒解
此外我的體質是不能缺乏運動的體質(這點我自己有感覺,每週至少運動三次)
目前我的工作算是久坐的內勤工作,而我常看到一些氣功是坐著調理呼吸
或是像太極一樣進行很緩的動作,請問這樣的方式適合我的體質嗎?
或是說有氧、瑜珈這類更適合呢?
